Standard shipping for U.S. orders is free. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Customers may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. yeti pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Custom or personalized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment is processed in U.S. dollars (USD) through the methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. An order may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Taxes are charged when required by applicable law.
